The perfect way to indulge in the last lot of mangoes
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- 200gms White Chocolate
- 200ml Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- A few pieces of Mango
- 1 Kiwi
- A few fresh Strawberries
- Handful Marshmallows
- A few apple Slices
- Handful of grapes
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces so that they melt easily
Heat the cream on a low heat till it nice & hot. Remove from heat & add the chopped chocolate into the hot cream.
Let the chocolate sit in the hot cream untouched for 15-20 seconds. At this moment add in the soft butter & using a whisk stir the mixture till the chocolate has completely melted.
Once it has cooled down a little, add the mango puree & incorporate till it is nice & smooth.
Cut the fruits in the desired shape you want & keep them ready in the refrigerator. In case of an apple, rub some lime juice on it to avoid it from discoluoring.
Slice the cake or brownie into small bite size squares & arrange them along with the fruits & marshmallows on a serving platter.
Pour the mango mixture in a fondue bowl, garnish with a few mango pieces & serve immediately.
Note – You can use any fruits of your desire for dipping in the fondue mixture. If you don’t have a fondue set, you can serve it in a normal bowl too.
You can serve the mango mixture slightly chilled with fresh fruits too.
