Yet waiting for that perfect recipe to relish some fresh Jamun?
- 1 cup Jamoon
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- A big pinch cinnamon
- ¼ cup water
- Remove the seeds from the fruit & put it in a mixer jar & grind till smooth.
- Add the yogurt, sugar & cinnamon & blend again.
- Add the water according to the consistency you want & give it a mix.
- Remove in a tall glass & enjoy on a hot summer day.
Note – Sugar is to be added according to the sweetness of one’s preference. It can be replaced by honey or low fat sugar.
